you know for the longest time..since i opened this store.. it seemed like something was missing.. i was trying to advertise my store and yet i didn't have a shirt for my store..so here it is finally the pillowbrand shirt.. there are two kinds.. the big logo or the pocket logo.. check them out here.

New design

now you see it.. then "poof' .. gone.. the magic of the octopus

I was trained as animator and i haven't really designed anything that sort of used my skill.. hehehee so decided to make something new for the store ... the octopus smokescreen.. which you can find here.

back in April.. i decided i wasn't going to cut my hair until my nephew cut his hair(in filipino tradition, a child couldn't get his hair cut until he was 1 year old, something to do with the hair might not grow, tradition.. and i choose not to question it since it makes the grandparents happy.. but thats another story). And i had a pretty good mullet going..but it seemed like i was being bogged down with something. I didn't feel like drawing or just doing any kind of work.. It may just be coincidence(95% that it's coincidence hehe) but i find myself driven now to do some actual work after i had cut my hair.. some kind of confidence hehehe... i guess i wasn't samson after all.. i didn't need my hair to start drawing.. i just needed to look nice for a change hahahahaha...

no worries nephew you'll get ur hair cut soon..

thought of the day: still trying to make myself happy..still trying to think of me first but it's kind of hard when you've only been thinking of them for so long.. but am trying :D

i forgotten that.. it seems like am just going into a cycle.. where i'm trying to make everyone happy but yet not making myself happy...where am looking to get something back when i shouldn't... shaking my head at myself..

Thought of the day: never do things to get something back.. never expect anything back.. just do it.. if it makes u happy.. i keep forgetting that...

Lately.. i haven't designed anything since i don't think am going to continue the store. My designs have been slacking and just no ideas are coming.. maybe here and there but nothing really... Also the stuff hasn't been selling..

Maybe if i take over with the whole producing of it ... since i do have cafepress.com making my shirts .. so i don't have any overhead.. but the pricing there is kind of high.. and there is a limited way to customize my shirts.. at least if i do take over.. i will be able to customize the shirts i want to make..

i don't know why i just take a chance.. maybe am just scared of failing.. since i don't have the money to back this up yet.. but who knows.. we'll see...
